who we are

The idea was originally born out of the frustrations of the Directors in enrolling their own kids in a quality basic school after the family had relocated to Kasoa from Bishop Bowers School in Accra.   For well over 4 years they had to commute with the children to and from the city of Accra with its attendant stress on the children.  

The idea of a QUALITY school in Kasoa to take care of the many other frustrated parents was therefore mooted.

The school was thus officially opened on the 5th day of September 2006 with a pupil population of 221, comprising 100 boys and 121 girls, - GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD.

We had our maiden Thanksgiving and Teachers Awards Day on the
26th of July 2007. 

Mouth-watering prizes were presented to deserving teachers as part of the several packages intended to keep teacher motivation on a very high pedestal, in the quest to achieve our objective of a top-notch quality education.   The following were the various categories:

Exchange Programme for Foreign Teachers

A partnership arrangement with a local NGO is insuring to the benefit our children.   Our school has played host to a good number of visiting teachers from the U.S.A and U.K. who came to teach in the school for periods ranging between

2–6 months.  This has also ensured a cross-fertilization of ideas and skills among these foreign teachers and our own teachers.
